1. General Terms & Definitions

The following words and phrases used in these terms have specific meanings:

• "Platform" refers to gd444's website, mobile application, and all related digital services.
• "User" or "you" refers to any person who has registered on gd444 or is using the platform.
• "Account" refers to each user's personal gaming profile.
• "Balance" refers to the amount of money deposited in the account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to additional money granted through promotions, which can be withdrawn subject to meeting specific conditions.

These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, both parties will attempt to resolve it through mutual discussion.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Eligibility

To use the gd444 platform, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Only those aged 21 or above are permitted to open an account and play games on this platform. Opening or managing an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may create only one gd444 account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, they will be cancelled and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account. Registering with false information is a violation of the terms and may result in account cancellation. gd444 may request an identity card or other documents for verification at any time.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details — username and password — completely confidential. You will be held responsible for all activity carried out from your account, including any loss arising from third-party access.

• Do not share your account details with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify gd444 support immediately.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Avoid logging in on public or shared devices.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gd444 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank). Deposits via any other method are not accepted.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 (for all methods).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal Time: Request processing is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.3 Verification Process

gd444 reserves the right to verify identity before processing a withdrawal request. A national identity card, passport, or other authentic documents may be requested for verification. This is a standard process for the protection of users.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Currency conversion or transactions in foreign currency are not supported.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → Total ৳2,500.
• Deposit ৳8,000 → Maximum ৳5,000 bonus → Total ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = total ৳22,500 in bets required before withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The bonus is applicable only once and cannot be combined with other promotions.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings are only withdrawable once the specified wagering requirement has been met.
• If gd444 suspects any bonus abuse or fraud, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• Each promotion may have its own terms, which will be displayed on the relevant promotion page.

5.4 VIP Program

gd444's VIP program has 4 tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%; Silver — up to 0.5%; Gold — up to 0.8%; and Platinum — up to 1.0%. Promotion is based on play volume and activity.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games on the gd444 platform operate in accordance with SSL encryption and fair play policies. The outcome of each game is determined by a verifiable random number generator (RNG), which ensures impartiality.

• No form of manipulation or match-fixing in game outcomes is acceptable.
• If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, gd444 reserves the right to cancel that round and return the placed bets.
• If the connection is lost during a gaming session, the last state saved on the server will be considered final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and subject to penalties:

• Creating or managing multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or documents.
• Dishonestly exploiting the bonus system ("bonus hunting").
• Unauthorized access to or hacking of another user's account.
• Using automated bots or software to operate games.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical error in the platform for personal gain.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Harassing other users or engaging in inappropriate conduct.

Violating any of these rules may result in immediate temporary or permanent suspension of the account and the associated balance may be forfeited.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by gd444

In cases of terms violations, suspicious activity, or fraud, gd444 may temporarily or permanently suspend any account without prior notice. The balance may be held during the period of investigation.

8.2 Closure by User

Any user may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before making the request. Once closed, the account may not be reactivated.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

9. Responsible Gambling
